A hidden gem
Curved beams create an intricate pergola hosting a unique dining experience. The biophilic perforated panels inspired by corals form a semi transparent boundary that embraces the visitors and protects from the outdoor nuisance. The natural pattern and it’s random spacing, create a game of rhythm in the movement of light and qualities of the shadows.
Shadow play
Positioned towards the main seaside road, the perforated facade becomes a striking feature accentuating the restaurant’s presence. As sunlight interacts with the perforated facade, an intriguing design of shadows emerges on the floor, adding a captivating dimension to the space. Industrial feel of the ceiling is balanced out by the ceiling mounted heating dome lamps above the table to create a warm atmosphere during a cool Mediterranean evening.
