Perched on the edge of the Limassol seafront, this three-bedroom apartment is a quiet meditation on light, form, and the fluid boundaries between interior and exterior. Its design weaves a narrative of connection: between spaces, between the hills and the sea, and between the solid and the ephemeral.
The Art of Living with Nature
Entrance Hall
The entrance hall features a sleek, wall-mounted shoe cabinet with flap-style openings and custom-designed hooks, combining practicality with minimalist elegance.
The Hall
The hall serves as a central artery, seamlessly connecting the rooms while offering functional elegance.
A side-wall cabinet doubles as discreet storage and a minimalist library, its warm wooden tones balancing the cool marble flooring.
Opposite, a fractured mirror transforms the space into a dynamic canvas, reflecting and refracting light to create a sense of expansion and movement, turning a simple corridor into a sculptural experience.
Living Room
As the sun sets, warm light fills the living area, highlighting the sea view through floor-to-ceiling windows.
A custom wooden TV frame complements the vertical lattice separating the living and dining spaces, creating a play of light and shadow.
The curated furniture includes a neutral sectional sofa, a sleek armchair, and a marble coffee table with ocean wave patterns, blending bold design with serene comfort.
Dining Area
The dining space showcases a striking contrast between the smooth curves of a Red Levante marble table and the angular precision of a square onyx chandelier.
The marble table grounds the space with its organic veining, while the chandelier delicately diffuses light into subtle patterns.
This interplay of circular and rectangular forms creates visual rhythm, emphasizing balance. The vertical lattice beyond subtly frames the scene, enhancing the spatial narrative.
